IFCA, OSK sign underwriting agreement

IFCA MSC Bhd signed an underwriting and placement agreements yesterday with OSK Securities Bhd for its proposed listing on the Mesdaq market of the KLSE.

It is issuing 72.43 million new ordinary shares of 10 sen each at 20 sen per share.

The agreements were signed by IFCA founder and executive chairman Ken Yong Keang Cheun and OSK Securities chief operating officer of corporate finance, Hugh Loh.

IFCA, established in 1997 as a private limited company under the name Software Online Sdn Bhd, was accorded Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status in 1998 and assumed its present name in 2002.

It is involved in research and development (R&D) and sales of enterprise-wide integrated business solutions, promotion of local R&D, and the export of local software products.
