Incuse Business Solutions (IBS) has spun off from IFCA Consulting Philippines, Inc. in a move to speed up global expansion moves. Also in response to the global direction of IFCA MSC Berhad, the former’s mother company in Malaysia. In line with corporate policy thrusting towards global expansion in 2004, the strategy is via a multichannel approach, namely Direct Sales within the principal territory of Malaysia and via a Business Partners’ program and Strategic Business alliances for territories beyond the Malaysian shore, IBS officials said in a statement to media. It added that "This thrust also distinguishes the more focused role of IFCA Consulting Phils. in the area of Research and Development." IBS a.k.a. Incuse marked its venture as an independent solutions partner of the IFCA Consulting Group by putting up its own new office premises in the Centerpoint Building on Julia Vargas Avenue in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The ribbon cutting and office blessing rites held last April 13 were led by IBM Philippine’s Cheryl Villarica, manager for value partner relationships, assisted by IBS manager Victor Esguerra and SANLAKAS Congressman JV Bautista as principal speaker. In his speech, Bautista noted that while it was incongruous to have a human rights activist in the midst of a white collar group in the IT industry, he felt that the strongest link of the event with him was the thrust that IBS was taking in professionalizing the hospitality industries and strengthening project management for property development — as this equated to a more empowered blue collar worker. Bautista also lauded the zeal that Filipino entrepreneurs displayed despite the challenging economic situation the country is in. a group of companies based in Roxas City, Capiz involved in land

of fishponds. With its purchase of IFCA Property plus, SHJDC hopes
to fully automate its property sales and administration requirements,
addressing information needs of over 1000 sales agents and a customer
base of more than 2000. The contract signed was valued at 2.6
million pesos, consisting of application and system software,
consulting services and support services. IFCA software products
are geared toward providing best-fit information systems for the
Property and Hospitality Industries.
