Internal Audit Manager / Internal Auditor
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for establishing,planning and ensuring effective implementation of operational and financial audits for all companies within the Group. You will continually evaluate the effectiveness of the group's operational procedures and make recommendations for improvements in order to achieve operational efficiencies and minimization of business risks.
Requirement :
- Degree in Accounting,qualified or part professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, MACPA, CIMA and/or certified Internal Auditors (CIA), Business Administration or any other professional qualifications.
- At least 3 - 5 years working experience in internal audit and risk management.
- Able to lead, manage, supervise and conduct audit assignments.
- Good communicative skill and work under tight deadline.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess high level of maturity and work independently on project based assignments, self-directed with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Sound judgement, teamwork orientation and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information are necessary.
- Highly proactive and excellent analytical skill.
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office application.
- Willing to travel.
Account Manager / Business Consultant
Responsibilities :
- Sales and Marketing of Enterprise-Wide Business Software Applications in Hospitality, Property Management & Development, Leasing / Hire Purchase and ERP Industries
Requirement :
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Computer Science, Accounting, Communications or Public Relations
- 2-3 years experience in Sales and Marketing of Software Solutions / Accounting Packages
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Good selling, presentation and negotiation skills
- Candidates must be proactive and are marketing oriented
- Must possess a car
- Candidates with Hospitality, Property Management & Development, Real Estate, Leasing / Hire Purchase and ERP industry experience have an added advantage
Client Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers
- Carry out simple problem troubleshooting task.
- Carry out sales and marketing activities and credit control function.
Requirement :
- Minimum degree in computer science/accountancy/business administration
- 1-2 years experience with a proven sales track record and able to handle customer services. Added advantage with working experience with property development company.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must possess own transport
- A team player with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Sales Coordinator
Job Description :
- To coordinate and support sales & marketing related activities including liaising with supplier.
- To provide administrative task such as preparation of quotation, sales related reports and documentation.
- To ensure proper filing system for all documents.
Requirement :
- SPM / STPM or higher
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration function.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point & Projects) knowledge is a must.
- Meticulous and self-organized person. Must be able to priorities and complete tasks on time.

Application Consultants
Responsibilities :
- Conduct Business Process Analysis
- Consultation and implementation services on computerization projects
- Assist in pre-sales activities as and when required.
Requirements :
- Mature candidates with at least 1 - 2 years working experience
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Accounting or Finance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work well both as an individual and in a team situation is paramount
- Able to work under tight schedules and pressure

- Public speaking & mobility is a must

Application Consultant – QC Team
Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality control or inspection for our product
- Highlight quality control issues and update to the team leader/manager accordingly
- Ensure quality system and procedures are in accordance with standard application
- Produce daily quality control report for analysis purposes
- Main coordinator between Consultant and R&D team
Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of the IFCA application is an added advantage

Responsibilities :
- Provide consultancy, monitoring and coordinating implementation services on computerization projects and hands-on in project implementation as and when required .
- Assist Project Manager to co-ordinate and manage multiple projects, track the progress and meet milestones within tight deadlines.
Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Accounting or Finance
- Mature candidates with at least 3-5 years working experience in related industry
- Must have initiative and able to communicate well and work as a team
- Candidates with experience in software implementations or product quality control will be an added advantage

Industry Analyst
Responsibilities :
- To be responsible for market research, data acquisition and analysis on market potential of IFCA products in specific countries
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent (specializing in research)
- Must be resourceful and possess strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience specifically in research work
Software Engineer
Responsibilities :
- As part of the applications development team responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing the business applications developed
Requirements :
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
- Experienced in one or more of the following: Java, JSP, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate
- Knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL Server, DB2.
- Independent & initiative, able to work under pressure & with a positive attitude
- Good documentation and communication skills
