IFCA Consulting Group is honored to announce the signing between IFCA-MSC Berhad and Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC), Botswana on August 29, 2002.

Botswana Housing Corporation, a government-owned national housing corporation of Botswana, has selected IFCA’s Property Plus and Loan Plus as the preferred business software solutions to meet the housing and lending demands of the Corporation. Property Plus and Loan Plus would help Botswana Housing Corporation handle the growing housing needs of Botswana. The installation of Property Plus and Loan Plus will take place over a period of one year. Botswana Housing Corporation is expected to go fully live with the software by September 2003.

After a prolong years of sourcing for the right software, ending with a site visit to Malaysia in late August, BHC finally decided on IFCA’s Property+ and Loan+ application software as the most appropriate business solutions to meet their day-to-day operations and future requirements.

The signing ceremony was held on August 29th, at Cyberview Lodge, Cyberjaya. Gracing the occasion was the CEO of IFCA Consulting Group, Mr. Ken Yong and the CEO of BHC, Mr. Vincent T. Seretse, witnessed by Yang Bahagia Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Othman Yeop Abdullah, Executive Chairman of MDC. This marked a historical day for IFCA having successfully penetrated another African country in the continent. IFCA would also like to recognize their in-house team’s effort as well as our South Africa Business Partner, MBS Software Pty. Ltd, who played an important role in securing the deal.
