At the launch ceremony of IFCA’s new Property .Net solution, IFCA MSC Bhd signed a memorandum of understanding with Magna Prima Bhd, award winner of the Best High Rise Development from CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2008, as the very first subscriber.
Commenting on Magna Prima’s decision to adopt this solution, Group Chief Executive Officer Lim Ching Choy said, “Without exception, we believe that this innovative solution built on the Windows platform will significantly enhance our business by assisting us in optimizing and achieving greater value out of our businesses via simplified, broad-based yet efficient processes and augmented communication.”
In keeping with the trend towards e-commerce, the property solution enables users to connect with their employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, consultants, financiers, solicitors and sales agents. “This one-of-a-kind software can also cut costs through centralized purchasing and project cost management and helps increase revenue, through built-in tools such as the e-mail blast, the SMS engine and the instant messaging to up-sell and cross-sell products,” says Jones, IFCA MSC’s Executive Director.
“Having worked closely with our existing customers, we have built a solution based on their feedback, the emerging trend of e-commerce and the most relevant technology platform available in the market by Microsoft, to create a complete set of integrated business solutions with the “Build, Sell and Rent” concept. Today, we are proud to be the first to offer such a solution in Malaysia,” he continued.
“We are confident this software will benefit us in many ways (such as) by helping us save time and money in running our operations,” said C.C. Lim. “A good communications system is vital to successful business operations,” he stated.
