TA Properties to develop property portal

LOCAL property developer TA Properties Sdn Bhd will roll out in stages its one-stop property portal, that will link its suppliers, partners and customers, from December.

Once up and running, the portal will allow the company to monitor all inquiries from multiple parties, supervise various project developments and share the progress of each project in real time with its portal users.

TA Enterprise Bhd managing director and chief executive office Alicia Tiah said the portal will support project management, customer relationship management and supply management features. It is expected to be fully operational in the second quarter of next year.

"We believe these value-added services will compliment our current and future projects, as well as position us as an innovative service provider in the industry," she said. TA Properties is a subsidiary of TA Enterprise Bhd.

Tiah was speaking to reporters after inking an agreement with local software vendor IFCA MSC Bhd in Kuala Lumpur recently. The software company is developing the portal for TA Properties.
