TA Properties Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of TA Enterprise Bhd, signed an agreement recently with software vendor IFCA MSC Bhd to provide Malaysia’s very first fully integrated portal-based business management solution for property companies.

Built on the latest Microsoft.Net platform, the IFCA Software for Property Companies is intended to empower property firms to connect and collaborate with their entire business/supply chain and customers via a single dynamic web interface.

The software provides the convenience and flexibility to access to both real-time applications and data, thus helping organizations create an optimised workflow environment that improves operational efficiency and profitability by increasing communications effectively with current and potential customers and suppliers.

The solution will enable TA Properties to offer its value added services to all sectors in business with them. The company will roll out the services in stages with its first installation to commence towards year-end and is expected to be fully completed sometime in the second quarter of next year.
