Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club has appointed IFCA MSC Berhad – a solution provider – to assist the Club in enhancing its IT system.

Members will be pleased to know that the IFCA Software for KLGCC comprises a variety of core functionalities that will greatly benefit its members, guests, employees and business partners.

One of the highlights which members can look forward to is the Internet Portal’s functions and features which can be accessed via KLGCC website and in the future via Information Kiosks at the Club.

The Portal enables members and the public to obtain information on the latest events and happenings at KLGCC. Members may even register themselves for these events directly via the portal without having to be physically present or even making calls to the Club.

Apart from that, members may access their account information at their convenience to update their records or even to check their monthly statements. A member need only register for this service once and an ID will be provided.

For golf enthusiasts, an online booking feature is also available. This allows bookings based on available preferred flight times and golf course. Bookings for other recreational sports activities such as badminton court, tennis court or even special events such as Buka Puasa and others may also be made via this portal.

Besides having all the features above via the Portal, the same features will also be made available via the Information Kiosk. These kiosks will be placed at accessible designated areas within the clubhouse.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances and initial teething problems, the portal is expected to be operational sometime in October this year while the kiosks will follow suit almost immediately.
