Malaysian property conglomerate Sime Darby Property (SDP) division, wholly owned by Sime Darby Berhad, has transformed its ICT systems and infrastructure; significantly enhancing its business by assisting in optimizing and achieving greater value out of the business via simplified, broad-based yet efficient processes and augmented communication.
The Sime Darby Property ICT project, Sime Darby Property Integrated Commerce Enterprise System (also known as SPICES), focuses on embracing IFCA.Net, the fully integrated e-business management solution which is provided by the leading Malaysian independent software vendor, IFCA MSC Berhad.
SPICES will allow Sime Darby Property to connect and collaborate with its entire supply chain and customers, including the pre-merger entities – Negara Properties Bhd, Kumpulan Guthrie Bhd, Golden Hope Bhd and Sime Darby Bhd – via a single web platform.

It will also allow Sime Darby Property to manage the needs and requirements of its existing and potential customers more efficiently, with comprehensive customer analysis, collaboration via customer portals, centralized customer management and information updates through email and SMS.
SPICES was initiated by Key Process Owner’s (KPO’s) of Sime Darby Property, and the project will be spearheaded by Sime Darby Property’s IT Division together with IFCA’s team of professional consultants and software engineers. The project scope addressed by IFCA.Net covers the following areas:
