24th November 2009 signals the birth of a new endeavor for the employees, customers and business partners of one of Malaysia’s leading property developer as SP Setia embarks on a much awaited quantum leap in its enterprise collaboration initiative. A Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) was held at Setia Alam Welcome Center located in SP Setia’s flagship Setia Alam township to announce this major milestone to its employees.

The KOM was witnessed by more than 70 key personnel from SP Setia and IFCA. The guest of honor was SP Setia’s Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer, Dato’ Voon Tin Yow, who inaugurated the event with a powerful message on why SP Setia needed to embrace this change in order “to sharpen our tools”, the project objectives and stressed that nothing but a total commitment from its staff is needed to ensure the success of the project.

As a sign of strong sponsorship from SP Setia Senior Management, Dato’ Voon announced that the project will be etched as a bonus KPI factor for key personnel involved in the project to instill a stronger sense of ownership from the stakeholders.
