Its expertise, experience, and leadership in all construction areas–including civil, building, power & energy, and plants works–cannot be equaled. Today, HDEC is taking another dramatic leap forward in its quest to help build a better and happier future for everyone. Despite the industry’s rapidly changing environment, HDEC remains committed to achieving sustainable growth and being the world’s top player. It will achieve these goals by securing independently-generated technologies, opening up new overseas markets, and pursuing business diversification.

IFCA real estate marketing and management systems places the customer and client at its core by putting business processes in real estate sales and marketing management as the main component; covering the pre-sales and customer follow-up process, sales transaction process standardization and management , and after-sales services for mortgage as well as other services. HDEC needed to implement marketing management, sales management, mortgage management, receivables management, membership management and other core business processes to achieve improved business management and real-time business monitoring, thereby enhancing enterprise-level business and management efficiency.
