We are seeking for partners with common synergy and opportunities
for the two organizations to work together and expand the business
horizon.
The proposed alliance benefits
includes:
- Reduced development costs with market-ready
applications for specified industries.
- Software Incorporating business intelligence
via "Push" Technology to "Alert" users based
on pre-defined conditions
- · Source codes will be provided for
localization and customization.
- Ability to design additional modules/functionality
to existing solutions.
- Immediate access to more opportunities and
expanded market
- Opportunity to recruit
"resellers" in their respective countries for greater
market penetration.
Business Arrangements:
- 70% margin on the net application software
price
- 100% of the services (implementation, training
etc.) and customization provided to the customers
- 70% of the annual software support
Preference will be given to company with established
distribution network with available Sales & Marketing, Consultants
and Technical support.
Your roles
and responsibilities includes:
- Identify the industry and market segment
for the market-ready solutions.
- Localize the standard application software
to meet local generic and unique market requirements (if any)
- Translate the application software into
local languages (if necessary)
- Allocate manpower (Sales & Marketing,
Consultants and Technical personnel) for training.
- Promote and market the localized software
- Provide training, implementation and
consultancy services
- Customize software to meet customers'
unique requirement (additional income stream)
- Develop additional functionality or modules
to ride on the standard application software.
- Appoint "resellers" to increase
the market reach.
- Provide yearly software support services
(recurring income)
Our roles and responsibilities
includes:
- Provide source codes upon receipt of deposit
- Provide pre & post-sales and technical
training
- Provide support service when requested
- Continuous product development
Your Privileges:
- Access to our Source Codes
- Design additional modules
- Recruitment of "Value Added Resellers"
(VAR)
- Resource Center for IFCA support services
How to Qualify:
- US$25K per product for source codes (refundable)
- US$15K - One-time fee (non-refundable)
- Manpower requirement (full-time)
- One sales and marketing personnel per product
- One Support Consultant per product
- One technical person per product
