Besides integration to back office accounting systems, MCL Land also wanted a systems that covers property Sales, rental and leasing with project accouting capability.

Under the deal, IFCA Consulting was to provide a integrated software network that spans the finance, project accounting, claim management, property sales leasing management and after sales support. With the implementation of IFCA Property management systems, the group have since enjoy increase in productivity and efficiency with the elimination of separate data entry into different systems. The finance and other department are immediately updated with all relevant business information as the front end systems is fully integrated with the back-end modules.
