NAZA TTDI is known for the development of the acclaimed township of Taman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, the Group’s first property development, from which it takes its name.

Between 1984 and 1990, following NAZA TTDI’s strategic partnerships with various Government agencies, such as Kuala Lumpur City Hall and Federal Territory Ministry, we spearheaded the Desa Pandan squatters’ resettlement and re-housing projects involving 1,700 families totaling 8,500 people. NAZA TTDI successfully transformed a squatter settlement at Kampung Pandan, Kuala Lumpur into what is now the modern vibrant township of Desa Pandan.

NAZA TTDI is IFCA’s customer utilizing various application suites of IFCA. The property division utilizes IFCA Software™ for Property Sales and Project Accounting. The hospitality division utilizes IFCA Software™ for Hotel Management.
