UDA Holdings BHD has upgraded to IFCA.NET Enterprise Web-Based solution in a multi-million ringgit deal. UDA is a listed company in KLSE Mainboard with principle business activity in property development, Property management, and Hotels/Resorts. To-date, UDA has amassed property/project values of more than a billion.
In-line with UDA’s mission and its properties and projects scattered across various part of Malaysia, IFCA.Net will be the key business management platform enabling UDA to manage all its projects and properties from one centralized location.

Background
UDA was first established as the Urban Development Authority on November 12, 1971. After 29 years of successful operations, UDA was later incorporated into UDA Holdings Sdn Bhd on September 1, 1996. Later in 1996 on November the 18th, the company was listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
The company states that their principal activities are in investment holding and property development. The Group however, has a wider range of involvements, including property management and hotels and resorts.
Since 1971, they have amassed a net worth of RM 1.2 billion (Uda Holdings Berhad, 2009), gracing the face of Kuala Lumpur with aged landmarks such as the Pudu Prison, the Puduraya Terminal, the Bukit Bintang Plaza, and new developments such as Sinaran TTDI, Bandar Tun Hussein Onn in Cheras, and Pantai Business Center in Bangsar, amongst many others.
